An-Najah National University’s Educational Outreach Activities Beyond Campus

An-Najah National University is deeply committed to serving the local community through a diverse range of educational outreach initiatives. These efforts go beyond the university campus and actively engage with schools, community organizations, and various societal groups. The goal of these outreach programs is to promote knowledge sharing, capacity building, and community development, aligning with the university's mission to contribute to societal growth.

Lectures and Demonstrations:

Faculty members and students regularly organize and lead tailored public lectures, workshops, and demonstrations in local schools, community centers, and institutions. These events cover diverse subjects such as science, technology, healthcare, sustainability, and social development. By fostering learning and raising awareness on critical topics, these activities aim to inspire community members and young students to engage with important societal challenges.

Voluntary Student-Run Schemes:

The university strongly encourages student involvement in community outreach through voluntary initiatives. One prominent example is the "Supportive Education Program" offered by the Community Service Centre. This program assists students with learning difficulties by addressing social and economic barriers to education, providing essential support and resources to help these students succeed academically. Voluntary schemes like these create meaningful connections between the university and the broader community, fostering a spirit of service and solidarity.
