Public Executive Education Programs and Vocational Training Initiatives

An-Najah National University actively engages the wider community by hosting a variety of public events, including executive education programs and vocational training. 1. Executive Education Programs:  The university offers a range of short courses, workshops, and seminars that cater to professionals from various modern sectors, including languages, marketing, mass media, social media, and e-marketing, as well as business, healthcare, and technology. These programs are designed to meet the evolving needs of today's workforce, equipping participants with advanced skills and practical knowledge, without the need for full-time university attendance. The Training academy at An-Najah National University plays a central role in delivering these up-to-date and relevant programs, ensuring that professionals remain competitive and well-prepared for the demands of their industries.

2. Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET): Through the An-Najah Center for Training and Rehabilitation, the university provides comprehensive vocational training aimed at enhancing practical skills and employability for individuals in the community. These TVET programs are developed in collaboration with industry partners to ensure alignment with current job market demands, particularly in high-demand sectors and specialized fields like refrigeration, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, IT and Network Support, and air conditioning,etc. The training is accessible to the general public, with a strong focus on upskilling and reskilling individuals for new career opportunities, ensuring participants are equipped with the relevant competencies for sustainable employment across a range of TVET disciplines.
