Access Schemes

The campus is easily accessible by people with disabilities

An-Najah National University is committed to providing an accessible campus environment that enables students, staff, and visitors with disabilities to move safely and participate fully in academic and campus life. Accessibility considerations are integrated into campus infrastructure and facilities to reduce physical barriers and promote inclusive access to university services.

Many university buildings are equipped with ramps, step-free entrances, and elevators, enabling access for individuals with mobility impairments. The campus also provides accessible parking spaces, accessible restrooms, and well-designed pedestrian pathways that allow safe movement between academic buildings, laboratories, libraries, and administrative offices.

Academic facilities are designed to support inclusive learning, with accessible classrooms and laboratories, as well as priority seating areas where needed. In addition, the university incorporates tactile signage and guidance systems to assist individuals with visual impairments in navigating campus facilities.

Where applicable, the university also facilitates accessible transportation options within the campus, helping students with disabilities reach academic and service buildings more easily.

Accessibility considerations are incorporated into campus planning, building design, and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring that An-Najah National University continues to improve mobility, accessibility, and equal participation for all members of the university community.
