During the session held in London on February the 24th, the Palestinian European Academic Cooperation in Education (PEACE) elected for presidency Prof. Rami Hamdallah, current President of An-Najah National University. The PEACE Program consists of 71 members, 60 of whom are european universities that provide academic and educational support to Palestinian universities. As an example, Palestinian students are granted scholarships to get higher education in different fields of conducting research, workshops and conferences.
