Prof. Rami Hadallah, President of An-Najah National University, and Prof. Fayez Khasawneh, President of Al-Yarmuk University/ Jordan, signed an agreement for cooperation between the two institutions in scientific and cultural endeavors.
The agreement contains terms for exchanging both teaching staff and students, as well as cooperating in the organization of workshops in education and research and development. As part of this, both universities will encourage members of their teaching staff to spend time at the other university, and will provide the needed facilities for them to conduct research and scientific studies. In addition, university members will be encouraged to attend and participate in conferences and seminars at both universities. In addition, the agreement provides for student exchanges in the fields of academics, sports, and arts, as well as material exchanges of databases, information, books, research, and publications.
This agreement came as a result of An-Najah administration’s efforts to develop and strengthen ties between An-Najah National University and Arab universities.
