A campaign for a “Clean City” has been launched in January with the goal of keeping the city of Nablus as clean as possible, largely due to the damage that the incursions and invasions over the past three years have caused to the pavements, streets and trees all over the city. The University, as well as many local associations, are involved in this project which lasts for one year. Planting trees, cleaning up streets and raising public awareness are among the different actions and efforts of the campaign.
