"My Book is my Identity" is an awareness initiative launched by several governmental and non-governmental institutions in Nablus with the aim of promoting the reading culture for different social categories.

The meeting aimed at discussing possible development plans for the initiative and was attended by representatives from Nablus Governorate, Nablus Municipality, the Palestinian House of Friendship, Fire Mountain Club and An-Najah University.

The meeting included speeches that discussed the importance of reading, upgrading the culture of reading and the role of free libraries in developing readers' critical thinking skills.
