An-Najah's E-Learning Center Continues Performance Excellence as ISO 9001:2015 Certification Renewed
The E-Learning Centre at An-Najah National University obtained the renewal of the ISO 9001:2015 certification for the second time. The audit carried out via Zoom platform by the Global Group that is responsible for conducting the ISO 9001 certification audit to confirm the compliance with the standards and the efficacy of the Quality Management System of the E- Learning Center.
The E-Learning Centre's staff exceeded expectations by successfully meeting the requirements of the ISO Quality Standards and their commitment to continual improvement.
ISO 9001 certification helps organizations to develop and improve performance, as well as demonstrate high levels of service quality when bidding for contracts. Certification follows successful completion of an audit against the ISO 9001 standard and enables organizations to: operate more efficiently, meet statutory and regulatory requirements, reach new markets, and identify and address risks.
Prof. Maher Natsheh, University's President congratulated An-Najah E-Learning Center's staff for achieving this success and thanked them for their consistent efforts during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic to meet the requirements of the ISO Quality Standards and their successful completion of the Renewal Audit to maintain its ISO 9001:2015 registration.
