On April 5^th 2010, the Zajel Youth Exchange Program of the Public Relations Department at the University organized a visit for two British delegations from (Ziyara) institution in the United Kingdom and Goldsmiths University. The guests visited the New Campus where they were introduced to the different faculties, departments and facilities it includes. They also discussed different issues with the volunteers and students.

Mr. Ala Abu Dheer, Acting Director of the Public Relations Department, presented a summary about the University, its faculties and programs. He also explained the Right to Education Campaign, the conditions that Palestinian students experience in their life, as well as the achievements that higher education has achieved so far despite the difficult situations on the ground.

The delegations also visited the Old City of Nablus and the historical buildings it contains, as well as other parts and landmarks of the city.

Such visit plays a major role in supporting mutual dialogue and understanding between different cultures and helps bridge the gap between the western and eastern cultures in particular.
