An-Najah has taken part in the third Palestine Educational Exhibition (PEDEX 2007), which was held at the Friends Boys High School in Ramallah.
The exhibition, organized by the Eastern Mediterranean Educational Services (PEDEX), was intended to give high school graduates the opportunity to meet representatives of universities and colleges, and to give members of these different institutions the chance to meet and discuss academic and cultural projects and exchanges.
The exhibition, held under the patronage of President Mahmoud Abbas, was officially opened by Mr. Rafeeq Al-Huseini, Head of the Presidential Office.
During a press conference before the opening Mr. Al-Huseini emphasized the importance of education, which he considers the most worthwhile investment the Palestinian people can make.
The delegation from An-Najah, consisting of Sami Sadder and Khaled Mufleh, met the other participants representing academic institutions in Jordan and Palestine. The event was sponsored by the Palestinian Telecommunications Company (PALTEL).
