The University gets the Second Award in a Writing Contest in Tunisia
Moeen Koe, Research and Teaching Assistant at the Journalism Department of the University, was awarded the second prize in a contest held in Tunesia on the 3rd of May, the International Day of the Freedom of Press. The contest was organized by the Center for Arab Women and Training Research in cooperation with the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF)/ Arab World Region and Funded by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). He got the award on his article of "Micro Credit as a tool to eliminate poverty and a main strategy for development". The article focuses on the importance of sustainable development projects in offering financial support to a wide range of people.
