The Palestinian Ambassador in the Netherlands Expresses Impression by the Development that An-Najah has Achieved Globally
Dr. Nabil Abu Zaid, the Palestinian Ambassador in the Netherlands, expressed impression and pride of the various achievements that An-Najah University has achieved and its service to higher education in Palestine during his visit to the University along with representatives of nine Dutch universities.
The delegation met with Prof. Rami Hamdallah, President of An-Najah, at his office at the Old Campus where both sides discussed possible joint cooperation prospects in the academic and research fields between An-Najah and the different universities in the Netherlands.
Attendees to the meeting included Prof. Maher Abu Eid, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Deans of Faculties, Heads of Departments and Directors of the different administrative departments.
Prof. Hamdallah welcomed the guests and valued their visit to the University and said An-Najah holds unique relationships with the different universities in Europe.
Dr. Abu Zaid said the visit aimed to create a real partnership and academic cooperation between An-Najah and Dutch universities.
During the meeting, a short documentary was screened which described the University’s establishment, development and the wide variety of academic programs it offers to the students.
The delegation also visited the New Campus where they were introduced to the various developments and new facilities it has.
