The Korean-Palestinian IT Institute of Excellence concludes its First Course
The Korean Palestinian IT Institute of Excellence concluded a course on electronic education. The support of ANERA was crucial to the course's success, which is the first at the institute. Participating in the course were school teachers, who were trained on a variety of different software programs which will assist them in improving their teaching techniques. The curriculum included instruction on programs such as Premiere, Flash, and PowerPoint. The course consisted of 135 training hours.
Alya Abu Dheer, a teacher at one of the UNRWA schools in Nablus, said that the training she received will benefit the students she teaches who will enjoy the use of more technology in her teaching. The use of such technology has the potential to help stimulate learning in current students and attract more students in the future.
