The First Day of the Graduation Ceremonies Starts at the University
June 14th. The graduation ceremonies celebrations continued at An-Najah University after the first ceremony in which the University’s top students were honored at the Prince Turki Bin Abdul Aziz Theater, New Campus the day before.

Attendees to the first day which was held at the Hikmat Al-Masri Amphitheater at the New Campus included: An-Najah University President, Prof. Rami Hamdallah, Members of the University’s Board of Trustees, Vice Presidents, President Assistants, Faculties’ Deans, Heads of Departments, in addition to the graduates and their families.
The first day marked the graduation of students from the faculties of Graduate Studies, Science, Pharmacy, Human Medicine, Nursing, Optometry, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine and Information Technology.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Prof. Hamdallah delivered a speech in which he said: “I welcome you today in this great ceremony in which we celebrate the graduation of our students who have achieved great things and acquired many skills and experience”.
“Your university which is very proud of you and your achievement has taken upon itself to face and overcome challenges and obstacles and to continue to grow and excel through adopting the strategy of education, scientific research, the cultural, intellectual and social education so as to build our country and prepare the next generation to handle responsibilities”. Prof. Hamdallah added.

Prof. Hamdallah also pointed out that the University has attained a leading status locally, regionally and internationally and became among the best universities thanks to the dedicated efforts of its staff and administration. He also said that those graduates will become a vital part in the developmental process in Palestine and shall assume their place in the building of their country. He finally congratulated the students and their families on their graduation.
The University’s choral presented a number of musical pieces and songs in addition to other activities.
