In cooperation with the Searle Center for Teaching Excellence at the Northwestern University in the United States, the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching at An-Najah University participated in the “International Society for Scholarship of Teaching and Learning ISSOTL” Conference .

Dr. Gregory Light, Director of the Searle Center for Teaching Excellence, presented a paper titled “A Sustainable and Collaborative Model of Excellence and Innovation” on behalf of An-Najah and Northwestern universities.

I his presentation, Dr. Light spoke about the development and modification of a model for training members of the faculty staff at An-Najah on organizing workshops that focus excellence-related areas such as e-learning, modern teaching and evaluation methods, critical and analytical thinking among other.
