President Rami Hamdallah received a delegation from the city of Dundee in the United Kingdom today.  The visiting  delegation was led by Prof. GR Ogden of the University of Dundee.  President Hamdallah and his visitors discussed matters related to academic cooperation and collaboration between An-Najah and University of Dundee and city of Dundee.  Prof. Hamdallah told the visiting delegation that their visit is a confirmation of dynamically developing relations between the cities of Dundee and Nablus.
President Hamdallah also noted that academic cooperation has the same importance in bilateral relations similar to other fields such as economic cooperation, because it strengthens mutual trust and friendship between peoples, nations, and countries.  Prof. Ogden said that Dundee and Nablus have a very strong historical relationship and they will continue to strengthen the ties with An-Najah and the University of Dundee, thus building on the strong historical connection between the cities of Dundee and Nablus.
