Dr. Salam Fayad, the Palestinian Prime Minister visited the University on Wednesday the 14^th of November and met Mr. Salah Masri, the Chairperson of the Board of trustees and Prof. Rami Hamdallah, the University President. The PM was accompanied by Dr. Jamal Muhaysen, the Governor of Nablus and other figures of the Palestinian National Authority.
Prof. Hamdalla welcomed his guest and spoke about the efforts that university makes to offer its best for the Palestinian community. Dr. Fayad expressed his gratitude for what the University has achieved on various levels and assured that he is doing his best to break the isolation imposed on the Palestinians.
