On Thursday 22 May the Palestinian Ambassador to Bulgaria Dr. Ahmad Al Mathbouh, visited An-Najah National University and met with the Acting President Professor Maher Natsheh.

Prof. Natsheh welcomed Dr. Al Mathbouh, thanking him for visiting An-Najah. He then gave an overview of the history of the University, talking about the University’s strategy and future plans and support for scientific research. In addition, he highlighted the role of An-Najah’s Hospital in serving the Palestinian community and providing the highest quality medical services.

He then commended the Palestinian embassies’ roles in supporting the Palestinian cause and establishing cooperation with the host countries.

Dr. Al Mathbouh expressed his pride of An-Najah development and academic status. He stated his willingness to build relationships between An-Najah University and Bulgarian universities.
