In the workshop, Professor Fatayer spoke about the five major principles that constitute the idea of modern leadership and decision making. He also discussed the nine elements and mechanisms that influence leadership including decision making, performance management, motivation, identification of goals, initiative, change management, team spirit, result-oriented guidance and corporate culture.

Such elements and values must be part of any graduate in order for him / her to perform appropriately in the work filed. The Office of the President Assistant for Graduate Affairs takes the responsibility of enhancing and improving the students' quality and performance; therefore, the graduate's personality is being subject to an extensive competency development program that focuses on developing their knowledge, talents, attitudes and skills.

The Competency Development Program is executed over the four years of study at the Faculty and the units of competency development which consist of 20 credit hours are considered compulsory for all academic stages.

The Office also oversees the existing Alumni Association at the University regarding the activities and services it carries out including job opportunities, opinion polls and student counseling.
