<o:p>A delegation from the city of <st1:city w:st="on">Stavanger</st1:city> in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">Norway</st1:country-region></st1:place> visited the University today.  Dr. Maher Natsheh, vice president for academic affairs, received the Norwegian delegation.  During the visit, Dr. Natsheh discussed with the Norwegian delegation the potentials for academic   collaboration with the universities in the city of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Stavanger</st1:city></st1:place>.  The two sides exchanged initial ideas in this regard and it was agreed to further explore these ideas.  The visiting delegation was also briefed on the history of University as a leading and pioneering academic institution in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Palestine</st1:city></st1:place> and its future plans. </o:p>
