Najah awarded a Prize in Information Technology

An-Najah National University was awarded the prize of the Egyptian Information Technology Institute for its project on the Digital Signal Processing and multimedia that was presented during the Second International Conference on Information Technology and Communication.
Dr. Alam Musa, the Director of the Electric Engineering at An-Najah, said that the graduation project of the student Ahmad Hamad was selected out of tens of projects which were submitted to the Egyptian Information Technology Institute referring to the importance of this project that focuses on the encryption of data for storage or transmission, this project got the best evaluation he added.
He also said that the digital signal processing communications and information issue is one of the most important subjects in the field of Information Technology and Communication. Dr.Musa said that this achievement is the fruit of the efforts of the University Administration and the Electric Engineering Department that has highly qualified experts in the field of Information Technology.
