Microsoft Club at An-Najah Organizes a Lecture about the New Features of the New Windows 8 Operating System
Microsoft Club at An-Najah University organized a lecture about the new operating system from Microsoft Company, Windows 8. The meeting was supervised by Dr. Sufian Samarah from the Department of Computer Engineering in which Yazan Arafat from the same department, and a Microsoft partner, spoke about the new operating system which is due to be released soon in the market.
Arafat described the prominent features of the new system and the novel applications that have been developed in Windows; he also explained the way the user can deal with this system through. Moreover, Arafat spoke about some of the intelligent solutions that Microsoft has come up with through this system.
Huthaifa Malhas, Microsoft partner and student at the Faulty of Information Technology, spoke about the methods used to write programs that are compatible with the new system, as well as the tools that the Visual Studio 2010 software uses which is attached to the beta system.
The students were given beta version of the Windows 8 to give each one a chance to try the new system themselves.
