The Faculty of Graduate Studies awarded the researcher “Ilham Azzam Al Kharaz” a Master’s Degree in Private Law in response to her thesis entitled “International Commercial Law In The Context of Conflicts”.

The research addresses the law applicable to the international commercial arbitration in the context of conflicts at all levels starting with the arbitration’s agreement and ending with the arbitration’s decision.

The Defence Committee was formed from :Dr. Akram Daoud (Chairman), Dr. Khalid Talahmah (External Examiner) and Dr. Amjad Hassan (Internal Examiner).

At the end of the session, the committee approved the success of the researcher and recommended her a Master degree in Private Law.
