On Monday 3 March 2014 the E-Learning Centre in cooperation with Amra IT Corporation, which represents ETS Global in Palestine and English Discoveries Online (EDO) in Palestine, organised a workshop on the Remote Learning of English System “Global”, which is the latest release in the field of Learning English online.

Mr. Marcos Olasalo, EDO Sales Director in Europe and the Middle East, presented on the features, the mechanism of the system and statistics on its use around the world.

The workshop was attended by a number of instructors and students of English at An-Najah, in addition to the Electronic Learning Centre who helped organise the event. The event is part of the preparation for the Conference of Learning and Teaching in the Digital World which An-Najah is hosting under the supervision of the E-learning Centre.

The delegates expressed their interest and admiration of the EDO System. During the workshop, the possibility of considering the implementation of this system at An-Najah was discussed.
