Korean Representative Visits An-Najah and participates in Courses Graduation for Korean-Palestinian IT Institute of Excellence
H.E. the Korean Representative to Palestinian Authority and the Representative of Koica in Palestine visited the University today and me with Dr. Maher Natsheh, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Mr. Khalid Barham, Director of Korean-Palestinian IT Institute of Excellence.

Dr. Natsheh welcomed the guests thanking them for visiting the University. He expressed An-Najah’s interest in promoting cooperation with the Korean Representative Office to the Palestinian Authority as part of the University's good relations with the Korean Institutions in IT arenas. Korean government, he said, has been continuously supporting Palestine through experiences exchange and funding projects such as Korean-Palestinian Institute for Excellence.
HE. the Korean Representative, on his turn, expressed his delight for visiting the University and appreciating all efforts that the University does to serve students and education in Palestine.
Following the meeting, the delegation attended the graduation ceremony of students who completed a number of courses offered by the Korean-Palestinian Institute of Excellence. The ceremony was also attended by heads of Departments at the University as well as students.
In his remarks, Mr. Khalid Barham, Director of the Institute, expressed his happiness for having the Korean representatives at the graduation ceremony, confirming that these courses are the outcome of a mutual cooperation and a true partnership between the Korean government and An-Najah.
He also thanked the University's administration represented by its President Prof. Rami Hamdallah for the continuous support of the Institute. Mr. Barham also thanked the trainers for their efforts in preparation for this ceremony and completing the courses successfully.
The ceremony included the graduation of more than 200 students. The Korean Representative and Dr. Maher Natsheh presented certificates to the graduates, as well as certificates of appreciation to the trainers in theses courses.
