On Tuesday 3 June Professor Maher Natsheh, Acting President of An-Najah, received a delegation of school principles from the city of Jaffa.

Professor Natsheh welcomed the delegates and thanked them for visiting An-Najah to learn about the academic programmes it offers for the students in the 1948 areas.

Professor Natsheh then gave an overview of the history of the University, talking about the University’s strategy and future plans and support for scientific research.

The meeting also included the screening of a short documentary film about An-Najah entitled “A Success Story”, which was prepared by the Media Centre.

The delegates expressed their pride at the development of An-Najah and its academic achievements and discussed with Professor Natsheh potential cooperation between the university, the schools and families to encourage students for the 1948 areas to join An-Najah.

The delegation was given a tour around the university where they were introduced to the different facilities.
