Dr. Ashraf Quraish, Dean of the College, spoke of his happiness and satisfaction in seeing the students graduating from this College, first established with the help and efforts of some of this country's great men, as well as with the support of German friends of the GTZ and KFW institutes. The great cooperation between the university and Hisham Hijjawi Foundation then resulted in the Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology.
