The Fifth Annual Exhibition for Students Works was opened today at the Faculty of Fine Arts in the New Campus of An-Najah National University.  The opening ceremony was attended by Prof. Rami Hamdallah, the University's President, Mrs. Asma Al Masri, members of the University's Board of Trustees, Dr. Hasan Na'erat, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, members of the academic staff and the faculty's students who are participating in the exhibition.

Prof.Hamdallah expressed his admiration of the level that the students of the Faculty has reached, and valued the efforts done by the academic staff and students. He noted that such works elevate the status of the University and put it among the International universities.

Dr. Na'erat said that the exhibition has reached a high level of progress and distinction.  It aims at introducing to the local community the specializations available at the Faculty of Fine Arts, and also creating competition among the students and urge them to be creative.

During the exhibition, names of winners in ''Salah AlMasri Award for Arts Creativity" were announced. Mrs. AlMasri thanked all those in charge of the exhibition. She noted that the late Mr. Salah Al Masri was very supportive of the exhibition and he patronized the contest.  She added that such creative activity has a great effect on students and thus reflect positively on the students performance and competition.
