Through the Golden Age Forum, the Community Service Center (CSC) and the Goodwill Forum, in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Affairs in Nablus and the Multipurpose Community Resource Center organized a recreational event for elderly beneficiaries of the CSC's Elderly Support program. 150 people attended the party including elderly beneficiaries, volunteers and representatives of associations involved in the program. The party was held in the "Beit Falastin" in Al-Toor area of Nablus. This event was sponsored by the Munib Al-Masri Association.  Mr. Munib Al-Masri welcomed the elderly beneficiaries and participated in the event. The event included artistic performances by Naser Al-Asmar, a volunteer with the CSC. There was a hot lunch provided as well as dessert and gifts for the elderly were distributed to all. Mr. Bilal Salameh, the director of the CSC, thanked the Munib Al-Masri Association and its director, Mr. Munib Al-Masri as well as the associations and organizations that supported this event such as the Ministry of Social Affairs, MCRC and Al-Safa'a Factory for Yogurts. He also gave a special thanks to the Goodwill Forum of the CSC that represents an ideal model of voluntary work and philanthropy as well as Raja Bawab, the program coordinator. Raja Bawab gave a brief presentation about the Goodwill Forum's work, which started in the CSC in 2001 with 5 volunteers. Now, the forum contains more than 40 members as well as other friends. Raja mentioned that this is an open invitation to people in the community to participate in goodwill and generosity through the Goodwill Forum. The elderly beneficiaries were happy and gave their appreciation to Munib Al-Masri.
