September 19^th. An-Najah University received an academic delegation from Vestfold University College in Norway as part of the Practical Education Development Project funded by the World Bank and implemented in coordination between An-Najah, the University College for Educational Sciences and the Arab American University.

The delegation included Dr. Iven Westrum and Dr. Pierre Louis Hagen and were received by Dr. Ali Habayeb, Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs and Coordinator of the Practical Education Development Project at An-Najah, Dr. Sami Al-Kilani, Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Mr. Mahmoud Ramadan from the Faculty of Educational Sciences.

Dr. Habayeb welcomed the guests and emphasized the importance of partnership and cooperation with the relationship with the different universities around the world which serve education in Palestine. He also stressed the necessity to develop practical education programs in order to improve the educational process and the preparation and training of teachers in the country.
