An-Najah Starts the First Semester of the Academic Year 2009/2010
The University started today the first semester for the academic year 2009/2010 in which about 18000 students from different faculties are attending the University. Prof. Rami Hamdallah, the University President, congratulated the students and staff on the beginning of the new academic semester, and wishing them all success.
Prof. Hamdallah noted that the University concluded the second semester of the academic year (2008-2009) according to the prepared plan. He also added that the University has also successfully concluded the summer semester. On the occasion of the new semester, Prof. Hamdallah noted that the University works hard to meet the needs of local market through accreditation of new academic programs such as Mechatronics Engineering.
