Prof. Rami Hamdallah, President of An-Najah University, received in his office at the Old Campus Dr. Anatoli Kozdocov, Vice President of Kabardino-Balkar State University to discuss prospects of mutual cooperation between An-Najah and the Russian university.

At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Hamdallah welcomed the guest and introduced him to An-Najah, its history, development, the advanced position it occupies both locally and internationally, in addition to the various academic programs it offers to students.

Dr. Kozdocov thanked Prof. Hamdallah for his hospitality and presented a brief description of the kind of academic programs offered at Kabardino-Balkar State University.

The guest also discussed prospects of mutual cooperation between the two universities with Professor Yahiya Jaber, Professor of Linguistics at An-Najah, and Dr. Omar Mahamid, Member of the Russian-Palestinian Society.

During the meeting, Prof. Hamdallah and Dr. Kozdocov signed a goodwill agreement; the official cooperation agreement, however, will be signed between the two sides during the visit that Prof. Hamdallah will make to Kabardino University in the next months.
