An-Najah Receives a delegation of First European Palestinian Summer School
Prof. Maher Natsheh, Vice President for Academic Affairs, received today the European-Palestinian Students Delegation of ADALA Organization at the University's the Old Campus. The visit comes as a part of the activities of the First European Palestinian Summer School organized by ADALA in cooperation with several Palestinian universities and with the participation of European and Palestinian students from the universities of An-Najah National University, Bir Zeit University, Bethlehem University, Al-Quds University(Abu Dies), Al-Quds Open University, Palestine Polytechnic University and the American Arab University in Jenin.

In his welcoming remarks, Prof. Natsheh confirmed the importance of cooperation between the Palestinian universities and ADALA Organization. He briefed the guests on the University, its academic programs as well as its different scientific centers that serve the local community. Prof. Natsheh pointed out that quality of education is an important issue for the University which works hard to develop the skills of its staff and faculty.
Mr. Rafe Ja'bari, Chair of the Board of ADALA, thanked the University for its warm hospitality and pointed out that cooperation with An-Najah and other Palestinian universities is necessary to promote international academic cooperation. During the meeting, a short film on the University and its history was presented. Following that the Department of Public Relations organized tour for the visiting delegation to New and Old Campuses, Old City of Nablus, Balata and Askar Refugees Camps and the Samaritan Village in Nablus.
