An-Najah National University has obtained accreditation from the Commission of Accreditation and Quality to launch a BSc programme in “Athletic Training”.

Professor Maher Natsheh, Acting President of An-Najah, congratulated the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Teachers’ Training, indicating that An-Najah will continue to provide high quality education for the people of Palestine, through providing the specialties needed in the local, regional and international markets.

Prof. Natsheh added that: “The University will start receiving requests for enrollment in the Programme starting from the first semester of the academic year 2014-2015, and we invite secondary school students who are interested to visit the University website where all the information is available”.

It is expected that this Programme will contribute to the refinement of the scientific content of the Physical Education Programme, development of students’ talents in the field of physical education and enhancement of their research and training skills.

It should be noted that the University last week also obtained the accreditation for a BSc programme in Radiography in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. The University now offers 77 BSc programmes.
