Dr. Rami Hamdallah, President of An-Najah National University assured in a press conference that the university became a big scientific and technological base and will accept more than 3500 new students next academic year, he mentioned that in spite of the Israeli obstacles and checkpoints, the last semester was ended well, he mentioned the new faculties of the university and the new technological programs which will be opened in new academic year.

Dr. Hamdallah talked about the new campus which will receive more than 5000 students this year instead of 3000, He praised the efforts of the Scientific Researches Centers, saying: "the scientific Research at An-Najah achieves good results in different fields, like the center of earthquakes, energy, and others”

For the students' council elections, Dr.Hamdallah assured that they will be held next year during the tenth week of the first teaching course, He said that there will be 4000 Saudi Scholarship to help the students who are in a urgent need and assured that "An-Najah" some awards and prizes for the scientific research, he thanked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its support to An-Najah process.
