The Montessori Kindergarten of An-Najah Child Institute concluded a training workshop on the Montessori system and inclusion.

The workshop aimed at training the kindergarten staff and a number of An-Najah students on adopting the Montessori system as an educational approach.

The workshop was moderated by Professor Deborah Young, specialist in education and the Montessori system, Naropa University, and Ms. Irina Karick, research associate on Montessori system and was supervised by Ms Rasha Shakhsheer, Director of An-Najah’s kindergarten.

Professor Young talked about the various aspects of the Montessori approach, modern teaching methods, and methods to develop teachers' skills.
