An-Najah University launched the first cycle of a competency-building program in e-learning this week. Targeting one hundred and fifty academics from various faculties, the program will offer complete, compact and supportive electronic courses according to a plan developed by the University.

Dr. Saidah Affoneh, Director of the E-Learning Center at the University, indicated that the courses will treat a sequence of topics including model-defining, community-networking, computerized exams, active learning strategies and alternative evaluation tools.

The training methods will focus on implementing applied practices for theoretical training in specific fields.
