The first conference on "Vocational Educational and IT Learning" was held on the campus of Hisham Hijawi Vocational College today.
President Rami Hamdallah addressed the conference outlining An-Najah's vocational training programs and its rich experiments in this field.  He urged academic institutions in Palestine to promote vocational training and IT programs in Palestine.
President Hamdallah called on panelists to come up with workable solutions and recommendations to promote vocational educational and IT learning in Palestine pledging that An-Najah is committed to study feasible suggestions consistent with An-Najah's vision for sustainable human development.
The conference was attended by experts and officials representing different academic and vocational training institutions in Palestine and Jordan who discussed ways of promoting vocational and IT training and its effects on the contribution to economic and educational development in the Palestinian Territories.
