September 11^th. An-Najah Development and Training Center at Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology organized the first orientation meeting for the students enrolled in the vocational training. The meeting aimed to guide the students who were accepted in the training courses at the College.

Attendees included: Dr. Shaker Bitar, Dean of Hisham Hijjawi College, Professor Jawad Fatayer, An-Najah President Assistant for Graduate Affairs, as well as the staff and employees working at the Development and Training Center.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Bitar welcomed the students and presented a description of the College as well as several advices to the students to go by while receiving training at the College.

Professor Fatayer presented a lecture in which he spoke about the qualities of the technical students and those who are enrolled in vocational training and education highlighting in the same time the importance of this branch of education. Iyad Bishawi presented a description of the Center, its work and the instructions that students would need to know before beginning their training.
