An-Najah celebrated the commencement of the summer semester, with the presence of  the University's President, Prof. Rami Hamdallah, Vice University Presidents, President's Assistants, deans of faculties, heads of Departments, members of academic and administrative staff, graduates students and their families.

The Ceremony was held at Hikmat AlMasri Theater in the New Campus, with the participation of the University's choir who presented musical interludes and songs.
The ceremony began with the entrance of the pageants of graduates, dean of faculties, directors of centers, heads of departments, and University's President and his assistants and vice presidents.
Prof. Rami Hamdallah, the University's President, in his speech, said that the University has received accreditation for new programs as Mechatronics Engineering and MA in Physical Education. Prof. Hamdallah congratulated the University's graduates, inviting them all to be the best representatives for the University and the country wherever they go.  He also thanked Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Dr. Salam Fayyad for supporting universities and higher education in Palestine.
