On Thursday, October 23rd the American Corner Nablus held a farewell party and certificate ceremony for the American English Language Fellow Ms Fatin Abdal-Sabur in the New Campus Library DVC conference room.  The ceremony was held in honor of the time Ms Fatin spent over the last 10 months teaching over 200 students effective and fun free English conversation workshops from all faculties and disciplines of An Najah. 

The ceremony was lead by an American Corner Volunteer, Ibraheem, who welcomed guests and introduced the performances including a song by AC Volunteer Muhannad Asmar and juggling and contortion by Ahmad and his brother Hoba Humeedan. 

Notes:

Ms Fatin is from the United States and received her Master’s in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) from the School for International training, Brattleboro, Vermont.  

Students who met the required number of class sessions received certificates for their achievements.
