On Tuesday 9 September Dr. Saed Koni, Vice President for Administrative Affairs met with Mr. Stephen Rosenlund, representative of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) in the Middle East.

At the meeting they discussed the current situation regarding private and public sector governance, and the challenges and problems faced by these sectors when considering good governance.

Dr. Koni highlighted the role universities can play to achieve good governance. He suggested mechanisms that could be applied in Palestinian universities enabling them to provide the community with youth leaders, embedded with the principles and culture of good governance.
