A student delegation from the University of Stavanger visits the University
A student delegation from the University of Stavanger in Norway visited University today to get acquainted with the programs offered by the University and convey a message of solidarity with An-Najah's students. The student delegation also visited the University's New Campus in the Jundeed area.
Addressing the student delegation, Dr. Nabil Alawi, Director of the Public Relations Department, said that the University is playing a serious and leading role in building a better future for Palestinian young people." He added that bilateral relations between the University of Stavanger and An-Najah are deep and powerful.
Prof. Fartein Valen-Sendastd, professor of theology at the University of Stavanger, expressed the eager of his students to interact with An-Najah's students and to know how they lead life on Campus. "We are here because we care; this is the message of our visit," Prof. Valen-Sendstad said. He added that the exchange visits offer the best opportunity for the young people from both Universities to learn from each other and will help to strengthen the wider bilateral contacts thus promoting the existing bilateral ties of friendship and cooperation.
