A commemoration ceremony was held to honor the prominent Palestinian artist Mr. Kamil Mughani.   The event was attended by Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, and Director of the Public Relations Department.  Mr. Mughani was born in Shajaiyeh neighborhood in Gaza in 1943, and graduated from the College of Arts Section in Alexandria, Egypt in 1966.  He obtained a master's degree in psychology and color code in 1987.  Mr. Mughani was a founding member of the Faculty of Fine Arts at An-Najah and the Fine Arts Faculty of Arts at Al Aqsa University in Gaza Strip.  He was also a founding member of the Association of Palestinian Artists.
