As a part of the Palestinian, French, and German exchange of cultural cooperation, a delegation from the university participated in the Cultural Cooperation Forum.  Forums were organized both at the University of Frankfurt, in Germany, as well as at the University of Berbithieh, in France.
The Delegation's intent was to present information on issues of Palestinian civil society and democratic life. They focused on issues in regards to Palestinian refugees, the violation of the rights of Palestinians as a result of occupation, as well as the Apartheid Wall and its impact on the lives of the Palestinians.
Research papers were submitted by the students of the Palestinian delegation which discussed religion, the relationship between Islam and the state, the citizen's relationship between religion and international law, and religious freedom in Arabic and Palestinian society.
The delegation also presented documentary films in order to show the suffering of university students at Israeli checkpoints. The films also touched on topics such as Palestinian history and Palestinian refugees as well as the history of the university itself.
The Palestinian delegation organized a number of activities such as an exhibition of paintings from the university, the singing of Palestinian songs, the preparation of traditional Palestinian meals, as well as distributing bulletins with information regarding the university.
