An-Najah Signs an MOU with AUNOHR in Lebanon
An-Najah National University, represented by Prof. Abdel Nasser Zeid, President of the University, signed an agreement about research cooperation and expertise exchange in the fields of nonviolence and human rights with the Academic University College for Non-Violence and Human Rights in Lebanon (AUNOHR) represented by its founder, and President of the Board of Trustees Dr. Ogarit Younan on Saturday, May 21, 2022.
The agreement seeks to coordinate the efforts between the two parties to effectively reinforce sustainable partnership between them in terms of providing pioneering training programs and seminars to stimulate public participation in non-violence and human rights issues through a set of collaborative activities, including the engagement in innovative academic programs.
It also aims to reinforce the cooperation between the two universities regarding developing future academic programs promoting nonviolence and human rights among university students.
