Community Leadership Training Workshop
An-Najah National University's Competency Development Unit in collaboration with INJAZ Palestine recently organized a workshop on community leadership given by Mr. Alaa Dwaikat from Novartis. The training was given to 77 students from different academic programs at the University.
The workshop aimed to strengthen community leadership capacity in Palestine, provide an opportunity for participants to explore their personal leadership styles, practice leadership skills in a group setting. Also, it aimed to develop an outstanding network of students with a sense of community trusteeship and commitment to generate a synergy to sustain and build our community.
Moreover, the workshop placed an emphasis on equipping participants with leadership skills for their effective participation in community initiatives.
The training covered different topics most important are leadership skills, the process of building social relationships and communication skills.
