The Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation for Education (AGFE) held a training workshop for 39 of Al Ghurair STEM Scholarships students. The workshop was done in cooperation with the Deputy President for Planning, Development and Quality Assurance Office at An-Najah University.  The training aimed at developing students' personal skills and helping them pave their professional career path.


The training was facilitated by Mr. Fadi Sweiti and Ms. Razan Awawdeh, who are trainees in life skills and entrepreneurship. The training in total was 30 hours and included training workshops in education, training and counseling.

The Al Ghurair STEM Scholars Program assists high-achieving students who are in need of financial support to embark on their education journey. They offer scholarships for tuition and housing, health insurance, and a monthly allowance to cover other living expenses. In addition to financial support, the program aims to ensure that all its scholars receive quality academic advising and career counselling, as well as opportunities to access community service and internships in their career fields.
