College of Technology Council Holds its 2nd Meeting
The Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology Council recently held its 2nd meeting. The meeting was attended by Prof. Rami Hamdallah, Chair of the Council and the Council's members represented by Prof. Maher Natsheh, An-Najah University President, Eng. Aref Al-Husseini, Eng. Jihad Dureidi, Mr. Ayman Hijjawi and Dr. Maher Khammash, Dean of the Colleague.
In his opening remarks, Prof. Hamdallah explained the importance of the college which provides professional and technical education through programs that combine theory and application. It also a learning center for qualified graduates in the technical fields that meet the requirements of the job market, in an efficient, effective and sustainable manner.
The Council members discussed the benefits of vocational education and stressed the importance of upgrading it as it has a prosperous future in Palestine.
