An-Najah Hosts the President of AFC
On Monday, April 23, 2018, Professor Maher Natsheh, Acting President of An-Najah, his vice presidents and assistants and a number of An-Najah staff received Mr. Salman Bin Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, the President of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and General Manager Jibril Rajoub, Head of the Palestinian Football Association and the Palestine Olympic Committee.
Prof. Natsheh welcomed the delegation and briefed them on An-Najah's history, academic programmes, international rankings and facilities such as the Media Centre. He also talked about An-Najah National University Hospital and explained the challenges that face higher education in Palestine.
In turn, Mr. Al-Khalifa expressed his delight for visiting Palestine and meeting with An-Najah administration. He also commended An-Najah staff work that contributes to its developed as a leading academic institution that serves the Palestinian community.

The visit included a tour of An-Najah faculties and facilities in the New Campus including the Sports Complex.
